Cassis and Lime Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

11/2 ounces gin
Juice of 1 lime
Tonic water
1/2 ounce crème de cassis
Mint sprigs, for garnish

The splash of cassis is a great addition to this classic drink.

Makes 1 cocktail

Directions

Fill a tumbler with ice. Pour the gin and lime juice over the ice. Add enough tonic water almost to fill the glass and stir gently. Add the crème de cassis to the glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
