Mint Royale


  • 1 teaspoon Mint Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Lillet Blanc
  • 5 ounces sparkling wine or champagne
  • Orange zest, for garnish

Sparkling champagne is made even more delicious with the addition of Lillet blanc and a touch of mint syrup.

Serves 1


Pour the syrup and the Lillet in a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with an orange “spiral”
