The Ultimate Manhattan

Ingredients

2oz. Highwest Bour-rye (combination bourbon and rye) made in Park City Utah at the Highwest distillery
2oz Dolan Sweet Vermouth
2 teaspoons Luxardo Italian Cherry Juice
3 Luxardo Italian cherries (available at Horseneck ). The Luxardo Italian cherries are rich and just delicious for many uses

For the person who enjoys a bourbon Manhattan or a rye Manhattan – now there’s a perfect blend in one bottle.

Directions

Pour all ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice and stir gently; you probably can’t just drink one!!
