Port wine and orange are earthy flavors to add to classic cranberries that make a wonderful relish for the table.
Makes 2 1/2 cups
In a small saucepan combine the cranberries, port, orange zest and juice, and sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
