These are just right alongside any of the burgers, grilled steak or chicken!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray with vegetable oil.
Split the potatoes in half lengthwise and then cut each half into six evenly sized wedges. Toss the wedges with the cheese, rosemary, garlic and salt. Drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper and toss to mix.
Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes or until tender and golden brown, turning once during baking.
