The Ramos Fizz has a long history as a popular cocktail. It dates back to 1888, when it was first concocted by Henry C. Ramos at the Imperial Cabinet Saloon in New Orleans. The orange flower water and frothy whites make this a perfect brunch cocktail.

In a cocktail shaker combine the gin, lime juice, lemon juice, confectioners’ sugar, cream, egg white, and orange flower water filled with ice. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off the glass with club soda and serve.
