Rhubarb Cosmopolitan


  • 16 ounces quart vodka
  • 1 cup rhubarb puree
  • 1/2 cup Cointreau
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • 8 lime slices, for garnish

I always make a larger batch of rhubarb puree so I can make this throughout the year.

Serves 8


Fill a large pitcher with ice and then add vodka, Rhubarb Puree, Cointreau, and lime juice. Stir well and pour into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with lime slices.
